What do I need to rent a vehicle?
You will need a valid driver's licence (Australian or international with English translation), a credit card in your name for the security bond, and proof of identity such as a passport or government-issued ID.
What is the minimum rental age?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge on certain vehicle categories.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, bookings can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Do you offer one-way rentals?
One-way rentals between our locations are available subject to availability and a relocation fee. Please contact us for a quote.
